Rock Werchter, Here we are!

Welcome to the heart of Werchter!

Thursday 3:30 PM, the meeting point is in the Liege-Guillemin station.
We took the train and arrived one hour later in the Leuven station. Then we took a bus to join the camping ground.
After a crazy night around the festival plain, we woke up at 8:00 AM and went to the festival ground at 10:30 AM.
We chose to stay near the Main Stage cause the schedule was more attractive than the Pyramid Marquee's one.
All begon with Simple Plan at 12:00 AM. It was the first concert but it was cool. We didn't see Athlete and visited the site to come back at 14:40 PM to see Jimmy Eat World, another fun punk rock band.
At 16:00 PM, Within Temptation appeared on the stage to give us a very great show... I'm not specially a fan of gothic rock band but it's was really nice. I think that I should buy their album...
Just after WT, Garbage (with their pretty singer) continued the show in captivating people with their best songs.
At 18:55 PM, it's was the turn of Velvet Revolver... but it was very bad. In fact, it's a very old-fashioned band who plays bad music, I think that I can't say music but unfortunately shit! Sorry for the VR fans but I think they are not a lot!
After RV, it took place for Green Day, the masters of punk rock! The show was simply amazing and magic. They ignited all people with their greatest hits like Basket Case, King For A Day, Good Riddance... It was also a beautiful lights show! Billy Joe sang also the international hit of Queen: "We are the champions"...
The day finished with the great sound of Faithless and we came back to the camping ground at 1:00 AM.
We woke up at 5:00 AM to return in Liege-Guillemin. We arrived in Liege at 8:00 AM... It was ever saturday and went sleeping...
It was a fun trip to Werchter, OUR trip to Werchter.

Thank a lot to my girlfriend to pay me the ticket for our 2 years.
